How quickly can you deliver to me?
Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of stock but as standard, providing you have placed and paid for your order prior to 4.30pm, your order will be despatch for delivery on the next working day. Please ask our sales team for further details on 0086-731-85124338
Can you deliver hazardous products?
With a few exceptions yes. Our staff are fully qualified in the safe packing of hazardous goods for export and we have many years experience of handling these products. Local laws in some countries prevent the importation of certain materials.
Do you hold stocks (inventory)?
Our warehouse is stocked with high quality powders ready to ship to you, wherever you are in the world.
What do I do if the shipment is damaged or has items missing?
Inform both the carrier and us immediately. Retain the damaged packaging in case the carrier needs to see it. We will organize replacement goods and take care of the problem from there on.
What do I do if the shipment is incorrect?
Inform us and we will rectify the problem immediately.
Can I be your dealer?
Most countries are open for new dealers. If you think you have the skills, experience and enthusiasm to work with us we would be happy to hear from you.
Are you ISO9000 registered?
Yes we hold full approval to the latest ISO standard 9001:2015, and use our management system to continually improve across the business, reducing waste and eliminating errors.
How can I try/test your products?
You can do this ! Just contact us to get hold of your powder requirement.
