Hexagonal boron nitride powder becomes a white block after hot pressing and sintering, which is easy for mechanical processing, and its temperature resistance can be as high as 2,000°C.

HC grade products are sintered at 1600-1800℃, medium crystallization, excellent high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. Its original particle size is small, and the agglomeration particle size is large. Because the particles are spherical, they are especially suitable for fillers, casting molding and injection molding demoulding Agents and composite ceramics are also easy to form by hot pressing.
HN grade products are sintered at 1800-2000℃, and the performance reaches or approaches the advanced level of similar foreign products. HN grade products are particularly suitable for high-voltage switch nozzles because of their particle size similar to PTFE and uniform particle size; at the same time; Due to its superior thermal conductivity, it is very suitable for thermally conductive plastics or thermally conductive rubber; and due to its low oxygen content (generally less than 0.5%), it is also particularly suitable for special ceramic raw materials.
HS grade hexagonal boron nitride products are also sintered at 1800-2000℃, with high crystallinity and more uniform particle size. The high crystallinity hexagonal boron nitride has heat conduction, insulation, lubrication, high temperature resistance and molten metal corrosion resistance, etc. All performances are better than ordinary products. It can be used in various high-end fields, including cosmetics and thermal conductive materials, with performance reaching or close to the advanced level of similar foreign products.
The HF grade hexagonal boron nitride product has a small particle size, high crystallinity, high purity, and low water-soluble boron oxide content, which is suitable for the application of products with small particle size requirements.
