Product Description
CaB6, gray-black solid, stable at high temperature in the air, insoluble in hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, does not react with water, and can be corroded by strong oxidants such as chlorine, fluorine, nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc.)
 Main uses: Preparation of high-purity borides, MgO-C refractories as antioxidants, raw materials for the production of cubic boron nitride, as deoxidizers for enhancing the strength of high-conductivity copper, as new semiconductor materials, and as boron alloys Desulfurization, deoxygenation and boron increasing agent.
