Product Description
Nano-AlN ceramic powder (Nano-AlN) has excellent thermal conductivity, reliable electrical insulation, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and can be used to manufacture high thermal conductivity ceramic substrates and ultra-large-scale integrated circuits.
Nano-AlN ceramic powder (Nano-AlN) has good matching with semiconductor silicon and good interface compatibility, which can improve the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of composite materials.



Precautions: This product should be stored in a cool, dry room to avoid heavy pressure. It should not be exposed to the air during use, so as to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration, which will affect the dispersion performance and use effect. Unused products should be sealed or stored in a vacuum after unpacking.
